Door to Kitchen: with electric oven with electric hob, microwave and washing machine. Door to inner lobby with door leading to rear patio and garden. Door to: Downstairs family bathroom: with bath with handheld shower attachment over, washbasin and WC.
First floor: Steep stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with King size bed, bedside tables, hanging rail and dressing table with door to Ensuite: with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside table and hanging rail.
Amenities: Outside: Off road driveway parking for up to 2 cars. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided, 1 x well-behaved dog at £20.00 per pet per week (not allowed upstairs).
