Louise heads up our holiday lettings arm, Keys Holiday Cottages, based at our Sheringham office.  She is responsible for recruiting property owners, inspecting properties, liaising with and advising owners, as well as marketing to holidaymakers through traditional and online channels.

After studying at the City College Norwich Hotel School, she has fulfilled a number of customer service roles in the hospitality and travel sector in the UK, Italy and the US. Having travelled so much, she is pleased to have returned to north Norfolk nearly 10 years ago, which is where her family lives, and has had a lot of fun rediscovering the area. She feels lucky to be back where she loves. When not at work assisting holidaymakers and owners alike, Louise can probably be found on a cruise ship, exploring somewhere else in the world!
