Nestled among quiet village lanes, 1 Orchard Cottages blends rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a serene escape in the heart of North Norfolk. Soft tones, natural textures and thoughtful touches run throughout, giving the cottage a calm, inviting feel from the moment you step inside. French doors open onto a private garden — a suntrap in summer and a peaceful hideaway year-round. Whether you’re planning coastal adventures, long country walks or simply a restorative break, this cottage offers a beautifully comfortable base for your stay.

Ground floor: Conservatory with door leading to: Kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Dining Room with dining table. Downstairs WC with wash basin, inner hallway leading to: Lounge: with corner sofa, chair, woodburner and smart TV. Inner lobby with front door leading out to the courtyard garden.
First floor: Winding traditional stairs leading up to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom with feature fireplace and hanging rail. Twin bedroom: with hanging rail and feature fireplace. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Amenities: Keys collected from a key box at the property. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Bed linen and towels provided. 1 small well-behaved dog at £20.00 per week - please refer to Ts &Cs. Parking for 1 small car. Location: beach 0.3 miles, local shops a short stroll.

“Lovely cottage. Well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Patio back garden and small front garden to sit out and sunny conservatory. Secure gates for dogs and children. Shop, pub, fish n chips, restaurant, bus stop on the door step along with village green to exercise dog.”

“This was our second stay at Orchard Cottage. It is well located and has everything that you would want. We love the fact it has a front garden and rear courtyard, which we made use of. The log burner is an added bonus. We made use of the conservatory this time. The only grumble I have is it would be nice to have larger towels, as the ones provided are a bit small. There were some additional extras from last time, the coat stand and show rack, which we found useful. The cottage is well located. We booked Sunday lunch at the Pub opposite and made use of the village shop. We will definitely be back again. ”

“Excellent location. The house has everything you need, its really quiet tucked in the side street with parking, local shop has everyday needs, beach over the road. Bus routes each way every 30 minutes. It&#39;s downsides are stairs inside the property not suitable for small children and the steep hill to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.<br />

We have a stair gate, secure garden area and facilities such as high chair and cot so it is suitable for children. ”

“Had a really lovely holiday in this very nice cottage. Second time staying there, really clean and comfortable, every need catered for. Really appreciate the key safe, much much easier than having to go into Sheringham to collect and return the keys. Highly recommend.”

“A really nice cottage in a great location. Had everything we needed. Great that you could sit in either the front garden or the back courtyard. Also, nice having the conservatory as another option. The Log Burner was welcome and was cosy in the evening. We did have one issue but contacted the owner who was able to sort the issue out very quickly despite it being a Bank Holiday. Will definitely come back again. ”
