Bright, Modern Living With Coastal Charm. Set across two floors, the apartment features a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light from Velux windows. Soft coastal tones, comfortable seating, and a relaxed atmosphere make it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Sheringham and the surrounding coastline.
Ground floor: Communal entrance door, two flights of stairs leading up to the apartment front door. Lobby with coat hooks and double doors opening onto a small balcony with views over the roof tops. Staircase leading up to open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Kitchen/diner area: modern pale bluey/grey kitchen with induction hob and built in twin ovens, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer. Kitchen table with four chairs. Lounge area: with sea glimpse from the window, comfortable sofas, Smart TV with Disney and Amazon and Velux windows. Door to Twin Bedroom: with two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table and large window looking over rooftops out to the woods. Double Bedroom: with King size bed, wardrobe, and En-Suite: with shower cubicle, washbasin, and WC. Family shower room: with shower cubicle, washbasin, and WC.
Please note: Beach and shops 5-minute walk. Train station 10-minute walk. Sadly, pets not permitted. Allocated parking space available at the rear of the property. Wi-Fi. Travel cot available (please advise upon booking). Bed linen and towels provided. Please note that this apartment has sloping ceilings throughout.

“Great holiday escape. Very modern and well equipped top floor apartment. Lots of natural light. Great position, just 2 minutes to beach, shops, restaurants and theatre. Not a problem for us but worth pointing out that it is 2 flights of stairs to apartment. Parking at rear of house. Turn left outside apartment and either way you come to the beach. We love Sheringham and visit there at least twice a year. Great bus and rail services. Very reliable service. We would certainly stay at The Cockles again.<br />

“The cockles is a well equipped apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Four adults can be accommodated easily. The location is excellent&hellip;..the coastal path and beaches are within a short distance. A number of excellent restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, gift shops etc also within easy reach.<br />
Communication with Keys holiday cottages was excellent&hellip;.clear directions provided and easy to access the keys to the property. Would recommend this apartment.”

“The Cockles was a perfect property whilst we were in Norfolk working at the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and the whole property was very welcoming. The parking space at the back of the house was very useful! I&#39;d say the only thing was the vacuum didn&#39;t seem to last more than 5 minutes- even though it was fully charged, so it was difficult to keep the carpets clean...”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is in very good decorative order. There is a well fitted modern kitchen which includes an in built oven and microwave. There are two very modern shower rooms and the shower water pressure was the best we have ever stayed in. Thank you.<br />
The apartment was very clean on arrival with a few goodies left out for us, like bread, milk, coffee, biscuits and more. Which was a great start for our stay<br />
