This stylish, pet-friendly retreat offers the ideal base for couples seeking a relaxing break by the sea, with easy access to Cromer’s award-winning beach, iconic pier, cliff-top walks, and vibrant town centre.

Blending Victorian character with modern comfort, Little Manor House delivers everything you need for a peaceful getaway: spacious rooms, contemporary furnishings, private parking, and a prime location just minutes from the coast. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a walking holiday with your dog, or a longer stay exploring the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this charming Cromer holiday cottage is the perfect choice.


Ground floor: slope leading to side door opening up into the hallway with staircase leading up to the first floor. With doors to: Dining room: with large table and twelve chairs, dresser and door leading to: Kitchen: modern kitchen with a “range style” oven with seven ring gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers, back door with steps down to enclosed garden with astro turf, mature shrubs and garden furniture and another door leading into a patio with two chairs and table. Utility Room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room: with corner shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Galatea bedroom: with King size double four poster bed, sofa, wardrobe, bay window and feature fireplace with door to: Kitchenette: with washing machine, kettle and mini fridge. Lounge: with bay window with window seat, comfortable sofas, fireplace (operational between November and February - please check when booking), TV and armchair. Lobby with stained glass door: to vestibule with front door with four steps down to driveway. Library: with bay window with window seat, comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV and bookshelves with a multitude of book and games.
Please note: this property is on the ground floor of the larger Manor House, therefore the upstairs rooms will all be locked and unavailable. Bed linen and towels provided. 2 pets permitted at £20.00 per pet. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Highchair and travel cot available (please bring own bedding). Refundable security deposit payable of £75.00.

“Virtually everything had been thought of on arrival at this lovely property. The owners have clearly spared no expense decorating and equipping this property with everything you would hope to find home from home. I had a very enjoyable stay and looked forward to arriving back in the evenings. It was super-clean and exceptionally comfortable. The boiler kept the temperature just right. It was also much appreciated that I could pull the car off the road onto the drive outside. It is a beautiful building, very well-kept, inside and out and with a very individual style that suits the house and goes above and beyond usual holiday home expectations. It is very well located for all amenities and I would love to stay again. It provided a luxurious base for exploring and could not be faulted for comfort. Thank you so much for allowing me to spend time in this lovely house!”
